P8760 Medical anthropology: advanced seminar
Prerequisite: Public Health P8755. Selected reading and analysis of
recent work in medical anthropology, with emphasis on complex society,
the relationship between health and illness and the larger cultural
context, and the use of qualitative and quantitative methods.
Seminar format with discussion and student reports. Term paper
developed through student-instructor consultation.
