Mailman School Co-Presents "Water Worlds" at American Museum of Natural History film festival, November 9-11

Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health is proud to co-present several films that explore the theme of water at the American Museum of Natural History's (AMNH) 2007 Margaret Mead Film & Video Festival November 9-11.

These films, selected in conjunction with AMNH's exhibition, Water: H20 = Life, delve into the most pressing water-related issues from national and international environmental and social justice perspectives. Following each film, Joseph Graziano, PhD, professor of Environmental Health Sciences and associate dean for research, along with faculty members from Barnard College and the Earth Institute's Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory, will moderate post-screening discussions.

For detailed information about the films on November 10 and 11 (including both U.S. and New York premieres) and tickets, visit www.mailman.hs.
