Gregory Billig User Services Consultant Gregory Billig is a User Services Consultant in the Office of Information Technology and Online Resources. He is responsible for resolving all issues related to computers, printers and PDAs belonging to the Faculty and Staff of the Mailman School of Public Health. Working closely with University help desk, he insures all users' workstation equipment is operational and fit for them to perform their duties. His job functions range from troubleshooting hardware and software, to server migrations, as well as resolving network connectivity issues. He is a graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia, and has since held positions at CUNY Lehman and Columbia's Morningside campus. He came to the Mailman School in October of 2004. |
